Introduction The key of our activity is to work on the junction of science and industry and with concentration on very specific subject-matters, which are extremely important for professionals and non-professionals working in the mining industry but usually are very difficult for understanding due to high scientific component. Mining technologies and approaches have been significantly improved during the last decades due to mining boom and unbelievable fast development of computers technologies. New industrial approaches and standards became to the life and old ones have been modified. A lot of non-core companies became involved in mining business following to high commodities prices. Unlike of professional mining companies with high level professionals, most of non-core companies started their operation without understanding of geology, geophysics, metallurgy, mining and exploration, etc. Ignoring of professional recommendations is still very typical and often is reason of mining projects collapsing that generate negative business and social consequences. Our main goal is to make our experience avaiable and help to avoid mistakes you did to the greatest possible number of colleagues. And also to learn something new! |
